These terms govern your use of FastNDA (fastnda.com). By creating, signing or paying for an agreement here, you agree to them. FastNDA is operated by Productabot LLC (“we”); “you” means anyone using it, whether you create an agreement or sign one you were sent.

What FastNDA is — and isn’t

FastNDA lets you fill in a standard non-disclosure agreement, sign it electronically, send it to another party to sign, and receive the signed copy. We provide the template and the signing service. We are not a law firm, we don’t give legal advice, and using FastNDA doesn’t create an attorney–client relationship. We don’t review your agreement, and we don’t promise it suits your situation or will be enforceable in any particular case. For unusual or high-stakes matters, consult a lawyer.

The agreement is between the people who sign it. We are not a party to it and have no obligations under it.

Electronic signatures

By signing on FastNDA you agree to do business electronically, that your typed name is your signature, and that you intend to be bound by the agreement you sign. We record each signer’s name, email address, the time, IP address and browser of their signature, and a fingerprint of the signed text, and include them in the signed PDF. You can download the signed PDF at any time from your private link; please keep a copy.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate names, company names and email addresses, and only sign for a company you’re authorized to bind.
• Only send agreements to people who expect to hear from you, and don’t use FastNDA to harass anyone or to send spam.
• Keep your private links private. Anyone with a link can act as that party for that agreement.
• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Payment and refunds

Creating and previewing an agreement is free. Sending one for signature costs the price shown when you send it (currently $29 per agreement), charged once by card through Stripe. The other party never pays. If they decline, you can edit the agreement and send it to them again without paying again. If the other party hasn’t signed within 30 days of your payment, email hello@fastnda.com within that time and we’ll refund you, and cancel the agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FastNDA available and your records safe, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; the version in force when you sign or pay applies to that agreement.

Disclaimers and limits

FastNDA is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability to you for anything relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the agreement concerned. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or the outcome of any dispute about an agreement.
