Privacy Policy

FastNDA (fastnda.com) is operated by Productabot LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you create, sign or pay for an agreement here, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The agreement: the details you enter — names, email addresses, company names and titles of both parties, the purpose, term and governing law — and the signed text.
- Signing evidence: each signer’s typed signature, the time, IP address and browser of each view and signature, and a log of what happened to the agreement (sent, reminded, signed, declined, canceled).
- Payment: Stripe processes card payments. We receive confirmation that you paid and the amount; we never see or store card numbers.
- Site visits: we count page views ourselves — which page, the site or campaign link that brought you, and an anonymous identifier derived from your IP address and browser that changes every day. No cookies, and private signing pages are never recorded.
We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we don’t sell your information to anyone.
Why we use it
To prepare, send and complete your agreement, to email both parties copies, and to keep a reliable record of how it was signed — the record is the point of an electronic signature. We also use IP addresses to limit abuse.
Who else handles it
Amazon Web Services hosts the service and sends our email, in the United States. Stripe processes payments. Both act on our instructions under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Signed agreements and their records are kept so that both parties can retrieve them for as long as they may need them as evidence. Drafts that were never sent may be deleted after 90 days. To ask about deleting or correcting information, email hello@fastnda.com; because a signed agreement belongs to both parties, we may need to keep it if the other party relies on it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Agreements are reached only through private links that can’t be guessed, and signing pages are never cached or indexed by search engines.
